Accutane on rosacea

An dermatologist told me that accutane dont work on my acne (rosacea). Should i listen to him or try to get accutane anyways bcs it really wont go off.

Rosacea and acne are different. It’s likely a topical corticosteroid would be better for your case than accutane.

I mean i kinda have both, i bought an anti-redness cream but it dont seem to help at all.
