Just use both.

Topical retinoid + oral isotretionoin + microneedling is quite literally the best skin protocol you can have.

And also use accutane daily. Half life is 15-25 hours, you need stable blood levels to see great results.
10mgs wont cause that much sides.

Anything works. I suggest starting with something lighter like adapalene and work your way up to strongest tazarotene daily.

cope. tret is way faster, but if you want long-term result isotretinoin is better.
tretinoin dries your skin and kills bacterias almost instantly, but oral pills need to be absorbed, they kill bacterias and clearing your skin from inside your organism, while tretinoin working on the surface of your skin

if u have a lot of pimples and bad skin quality you can use tazarotene, but if your skin isn’t that bad - use tretinoin (0.025 or 0.05) or adapalen gel. 10mg of isotretinoin everyday will be enough for you
