Accutane question

I am thinking about starting a low dose of accutane to ensure my acne won’t flare up while starting uni. But school starts in a few days, any tips on how to mitigate the purging stage/ will there even be a purging stage if I take a low dose? I am thinking 10-20mg

Just start taking a low dose and if it doesn't seem to be getting better than increase the dose. 20mg should be a good amt
