I can get accutane perscribed and i rlly wanna clear my skin but i dont want to lose my hair. Is there any way of making sure i dont lose hair on accutane?

never heard about accutane causing hair loss, i only know about it causing joint pain, dry lips and dry eyes

its temporarily effect also try to use ketonazol shampoo while on accutane and its not a huge problem with a hair

its very unlikely + the hair loss goes away in a few months one youre done

You should be good, only a small percentage experience thinning and usually its not that bad if you are a part of that percentage.

I’ve used accutane for 11 months and hairloss isn’t a side effect that I had.

Started with 10mg for a month then 20mg for 2 months then 40mg for 8 months.

definitely not, the only side effects I had are burning easier in the sun, my lips were crispy af and I had pain in my lower back muscles.

Damn I weighed like 185 at that time, 60mg seems harsh

only happens rarely on high doses if ur scared stick to 10mg monitor side effects then bump it up
