Accutane questions

After the long and painful months that I was on doxycycline I am finally hopping on accutane as you guys have recommended. Besides from the extreme dryness and sun sensitivity does it actually stunt height growth? I am about to take one 40mg capsule every day for 6 months. Will it save me?

This is just one side of my face for reference, I have been breaking out because I had to cut all topicals and medication for a week
