How can I recover from 1.5 years on accutane on doses ranging from 10-80mg/day? Is a low vitamin a diet a good idea? I've tried it but got anxiety, insomnia and dry eyes from low vitA diet.

What do you mean on recovery for accutane? What do you want to recover from?

I have done accutane before, just resume your life as normal and the symptons will go away with time.
Did you look into how it deeply changes your body? Epigenetic damage, hormones, etc

Do you have bloodwork or anything to substantiate that these impacts on your body are the result of isotretinoin?

Well what symptoms are you feeling after accutane?

I am not very in touch with the current research, but if you suspended the use I don't really think there is much more you can do. A healthy diet and exercise should help, but you should be doing that already. Have you experienced any weird side effects?

All the side effects, all
