Accutane + Sarms

In April I'm going to be starting Accutane, so I'm just wondering if taking sarms on Accutane is safe or could be bad for me. And before people say "Dont take accutane" it's not a debate I'm 100% getting on or I'm gonna die cuz I can't live with shitty skin. Sarms and accutane don't seem like a horrible idea because although I might fuck my hormones on a sarm it won't cause my skin to get worse. Let me know what to take and what not to take if I take a sarm on Accutane.
