Accutane side effects

Hi Guys,
I wanted to ask what are the best ways to counter the join pain of Accutane, i'm planing about hopping on but i do like alot of Jiu Jitsu training (about 10 Sessions a week) and i need a way to counter that because my joints are already killing
Also idk if this changes anything but i'm 15
