won't work for me, my skin is actually completely clear. i just want to keep it this way. i just take 20mg every few days but am running out

If your skin is completely clear why would you wanna take accutane? Have you had a previous history of acne?

it wasnt clear before accutane. i want to continue taking it for maintenance

You’re a fool if you’re going to continue taking a toxic drug like accutane to maintain clear skin. One round of it should be enough to shut down your oil production to a good amount permanently. Maintain with a good skincare routine like tretinoin, which also makes your skin glow and gets rid of dark spots, not accutane jfl

my genetics for acne are shit tier, both parents had pimples until they were 40 lel. one round wasnt enough. I used tretinoin for 6 months and was still breaking out, I avoid sugars and dairy, shower daily, etc. still get acne. i dont have any side effects taking 20mg accutane a day

Accutane is poison. My skin is beautiful now but it has ruined my mental health so much, genuinely not worth the tradeoff I wish I never took it
