Accutane + Tretinoin Plan

I'm on accutane for 3.5 months and my skin is almost clear (I just have one pimple and its already fading)
I plan to continue accutane for another 2.5 months to complete a full 6 months 20mg.
When im done with accutane ill start using tretinoin daily to maintain my results.
After that ill begin to treat my acne scars

W plan? or should i change something?

your plan is perfect. there should be no worry if your truly following up with that, as long as you stay on tret for awhile
