I was wondering if i should hop on accutane for shrink my nose, i dont really have any problems with acne. My skin is clear but i have some black spots which i hate. Should i hop on accutane ?

Have you tried using benzoyl peroxide or a higher concentration of salicylic acid

you can try oil pulling and a bha/aha serum

just put some argan oil/equivalent on your nose, let it sit for 5 minutes, cleanse with dry hands, cleanse again with water, cleanse with cleanser, then do the rest of your routine. you can also not use a cleanser if it hurts ur skin.

The reason accutane makes nose smaller is because it lowers inflammation, the only thing close to accutane on this is tretinoin
Everything else mentioned here is either going to do nothing or increase inflammation
Look into hydrocortisone too

there is a thread for shrinking nose with cortison or smth like that. for blackheads get a good cleanser

Yes unless you have some seriously bad acne, I was on accutane and nose shrank maybe 5%
Look at the thread, its got a refimne there maybe ur using the hydrocortisone wrong
