What are the pros and cons of accutane and is it entirely worth it

pros: perfect skin
cons: dry skin, dry lips, dry hair, dry nose passages that can lead to minor nosebleeds, lower back pain and photosensitivity

is it worth it? yes
most side effects are reversible

dry skin = use good moisturiser
dry lips = use vaseline and drink a lot of water
dry scalp = use conditioner and leave-in conditioner
photosensitivity = good sunscreen and not staying outside
the nosebleeds are minor side effect doesn't happen to a lot of people

other side effects are rare, not that bad or shouldn't even happen as long as you get your blood work done regularly and check everything

accutane is a god sent medication for acnecels like me

also don't believe reddit users ramblings i've been on many medications(even medications that shouldn't cause any harm) and when i search the medication on reddit i find some guy that says his dick stopped working because of it

mostly problems caused by other shit

TLDR: it's a god sent safe medication if you're getting your blood work done and knowing how to use it and reverse side effects
