What was your experience?
How long have you taken it for and with what dosage? Did it come back after you stopped?

I used to have terrible cystic acne, and I have completed two Accutane cycles under the care of a dermatologist. It made my nose and face dry, but it is super worth it, and I would recommend it to anyone with acne. The acne came back a couple of years after my first cycle, but I just retook it, and it is gone now. I believe I was running 80mg per day for approximately 6 months (not the whole time, started with like 40 and moved up). If I hadn't taken it I would have roped for sure. Genuine miracle drug.

Damn, 80mg is a shit ton, but it really depends on weight. How much did you weigh at the time?

Not really; I'm a 160-pound male, and I take 80 mg a day too. If you dont experience bad sides, you can go relatively higher; some people even do like 100/120 mg

Dude, the standard dose of isotretinoin is 0.5-1mg/kg/day, you were on on 1.26mg/kg/day wth is this megadose? Must've nuked the shit out of you

The standard range is 0.5-1mg/kg/day. Anything above 1 is alot

I was actually fine, my bloods were okay and the sides were quite mild compared to other people I know. Derms at least where I live like to give high doses because it decreases the chance you need treatment again.
