I was talking to this ascended guy and he gave me a couple of mouth exercises (such as smiling wide and puckering) to train my orbicularis oris muscle to achieve upturned lips. I have chubby cheeks (working on debloating), lips rest naturally downturned. I don't usually use my face muscles in daily life either so maybe this will help. What do you guys think?

So what you're suggesting is smiling with my eyes, and improving posture and using muscles as efficiently as possible/with as little energy as necessary?

I'm interested in this. My lips also rest in a downturned position which makes me look sad or angry depending on how my eyebrows are positioned. It looks bad. I want to change that.

Please share everything you know on how to correct it.

Wouldn’t these mouth exercises give you wrinkles in the long run?

As long as you don't have the correct bone structure, all your efforts are useless, your genes have more effect on your appearance than your efforts, but if you can, start chewing gum and mewing 24/7, if you have a square jaw and you're in shape you won't need anything else in life
