Acid eroding enamel

I drink a shit ton of zero sugar and diet coke, everytime I do whenever i eat something(sometimes even 24 hours after) my teath hurt and i get sensations sent through out my body. probably my enamal getting eroded. How to fix or prevent this?

i hate jews, also u should buy specific toothpaste help the sensitivty. If it persists, then book a dentist appointment

let me help you out, what you are feeling is the the phosphoric acid and citric acid it contains, coca cola can act as a rust remover and in high quantities this acid removes your enamel the same way it removes rust, what you're feeling is the erosion process where the acids in the soda soften and dissolve the mineral structure of your tooth, leading to irreversible loss of tooth structure. and since you're drinking diet cola, just so you know it can be even more erosive than regular cola, often due to the addition of citric acid.

basically nigga, switch to water or atleast natural fruit juice.

just completely stop, your teeth should heal naturally and if your lucky no permanent damage happened in that year, try to stop drinking that trash and check with a dentist after a month or a couple of weeks of not drinking it
