i need to get opinions on Acnatac its a creme with Tretinoin and Clindamycin dihydrogenphosphat

i cant get my hands on pure tretinoin sadly so i want to know if this is a good option anyways

big downside seems to be that u have to cycle it (max 12 weeks)

Has anybody here experience with it or is just a high iq dermatologist? - and can tell me if its a good option
