How to get rid of? I only get acne around my mouth after I shave my mustache, even tho I disinfect with rubbing alcohol after I shave. Best way to mitigate this?

use face cleanser and Moisturizer after shaving

Have you been leaving it moist/with water on it or storing it correctly?
Usually I replace mine after 6-8 shaves but I use disposables like the ones from Gilette
I think it's the fact that I leave it with a little bit of water after every shave

Are they disposable ones (throw the whole thing away) or ones that you switch the blade out with?
If they're disposable just use a towel and blow into it and store in ventilated area but it shouldn't be rusting that fast
For the other type do the same thing but be much more throrough ofc, leave it in a ventilated and non-stuffy area
The water adds up especially if you leave it there for weeks at a time
Rust can impact the shave quality greatly but if you don't moisturize and use cream well it'll give you bumps too

They are gillete ones that I can switch just the blade and keep the handle

had the same problem. a friend put me on me this; get some hot water on my face, got it all steamy then dried up with a towel pre shave and it worked out

Yeah try keeping the blade more dry and stored in non-humid areas with good circulation and you should be good
That's if the razor is rusting ofc always use creams and moisturize
