Acne and acne scars

I had a beard for quite a while but the beard didn't connect through the middle which is why I shaved it off. When I shaved it off, I realised how much acne and acne scars were hiding underneath the beard. As you can see in the picture, it's bad. I think it's more scars than it is acne. Any advice on how to sort it out?

watch out for a reaction. U might wanna start slowly with the lowest dose to build up tolerance.
