Ok basically I've been suffering from acne for like a couple years (sub 5 trait ) and have been doing extensive research on it and potential solutions. Ik heads on this forum have sub 70 iq levels so I will explain as basic as possible and keep it short and included images for you TikTok attention span kids.
Here's a brief list of the shit i've tried:
1. Accutane (ye cleared my shit but after hopping off it comes backs and is cancer for you)
2. Topical tret (you have to keep using it every day and again it's cancer for you)
3. All the cope products (6 step skincare routine)
4. Cold showers, sauna, ice face, gua sha,
5. not washing face at all and just water (helped a bit maybe but looked musty)
6. No Fap (JFL)
7. Fasting
8. Drinking shit ton of water
What causes acne is the following (simplified):
1. Some kind of deficiency in the body (Zinc, d3, etc.) -> body can't operate properly = acne
-> can also lead to fucked up hormones = acne
2. Your gut is fucked because of shit diet = acne
The perfect fix to the above mentioned issues (if you do this properly I guarantee 100% your acne will go away):
1. Raw Kefir made from Quality Raw Milk (make it yourself and buy the kefir grains) (fixes gut and is extremely nutrient dense which addresses both problems)
2. Oysters (4 big raw ones a day for a month then taper down -> INSANLY FUCKING GOOD and you wake up next day feeling insanely good, skin is literally PERFECT moisturized level!) (fixes problem #1 with deficiencies in body and Zinc is goated for skin (also high in Omega 3 , selenium, B12) as it balances androgens= clear skin)
3. Beef Liver (optional but if included success rate increases) -> (raw is better but can cook) High vit. A content which is necessary for skin, not only this but EXTREMELY nutrient dense (addresses problem #1) -> additionally this is 'synergetic' with oysters (top 2 foods!)
4. Beef Tallow occasionally (ye ik this may be some TikTok shit but it is genuinely INSANE for hair growth (eyebrows, lashes, etc.) (mainly just a good moisturizer)
*Try this for a month and I guarantee you will start to see differences. No supplements, no cancer, no bull shit.
