Acne Cure (100% guaranteed) - How I cured acne (No Cancer products)

Ok basically I've been suffering from acne for like a couple years (sub 5 trait ) and have been doing extensive research on it and potential solutions. Ik heads on this forum have sub 70 iq levels so I will explain as basic as possible and keep it short and included images for you TikTok attention span kids.

Here's a brief list of the shit i've tried:
1. Accutane (ye cleared my shit but after hopping off it comes backs and is cancer for you)
2. Topical tret (you have to keep using it every day and again it's cancer for you)
3. All the cope products (6 step skincare routine)
4. Cold showers, sauna, ice face, gua sha,
5. not washing face at all and just water (helped a bit maybe but looked musty)
6. No Fap (JFL)
7. Fasting
8. Drinking shit ton of water

What causes acne is the following (simplified):
1. Some kind of deficiency in the body (Zinc, d3, etc.) -> body can't operate properly = acne
-> can also lead to fucked up hormones = acne
2. Your gut is fucked because of shit diet = acne

The perfect fix to the above mentioned issues (if you do this properly I guarantee 100% your acne will go away):
1. Raw Kefir made from Quality Raw Milk (make it yourself and buy the kefir grains) (fixes gut and is extremely nutrient dense which addresses both problems)

2. Oysters (4 big raw ones a day for a month then taper down -> INSANLY FUCKING GOOD and you wake up next day feeling insanely good, skin is literally PERFECT moisturized level!) Unfortunately I'm so subhuman that even raw a2 kefir exacerbates my acne.

Consuming beef tallow would moisturize me?

really? Raw milk alone wasn't great for my acne but fermenting was fine.

In your case maybe try fermenting raw goat milk (best digestion for humans).

Other than that, try eating with oysters and liver

I’ve done research and the science is simple.

Increased testosterone=increased sebum production=increased bacteria feasting=inflammation markers=acne=white blood cells go to the acne and build a “tent” around to heal. Thats what causes 90% of acne. That why accutane works cause it strips you body of sebum

foods that due trigger acne though are wheat, seed oils, and processed sugar

JFL at ur knowledge buddy. High testerone does not cause acne bud. It’s an imbalance of androgens that cause it (this is most likely to happen during puberty as your body is signaling various growth mechanisms). Zinc is a crucial supplement that helps balance your androgens.

If all your minerals, vitamins, and internal nutrients are balanced then you will NOT get acne as this leads to balanced hormones (unless there is an exogenous factor in your environment - such as common hormone disruptors, BPA, microplastics, synthetic fibers and list goes on).

There are foods that clear acne and I gurnatee it.

Accutane fucking kills your body and it’s a cancer medicine: 40% DHt reduction, stunning of height, loss of eye sight, fucking hair loss, not to mention a variety of mental shit that comes with it.

If you eat the same shit everyday then there is no reason to have random phases of acne (nutrients remain stable). It must be some exogenous factor or you are simply lying.

Yeah I see your point, and stable hormones would help definitely prevent acne but there’s no single answer for everyone, that may have worked for you but for the next guy it might not. There’s no guarantee it will be fixed though

JFL at ur knowledge buddy. Accutane works by stripping all the sebum in your body. Thats why I said excess sebum causes acne, because it allows for more bacteria to feast on it and leads to inflammation. Raw kefir and oysters/beef liver are not the equivalent of accutane

I get them each for $1 (even the extra large ones which are size of your hand) cause Whole Foods does $1 per oyster every Friday. Giga cheap. Also if you are low on money just buy 15 every week for literally $15 and eat like 2 a day at minimum

No fucking shit it cleared my skin. It started flaring up bad afterwards though so I hopped on this protocol after research and it worked very well.
