I started getting acne spots in october 2023. At the time it was barely noticeable but it made me crazy since I never had acne before (I was 16)

So I did the whole skincare thing but I never was constistent with it for more than a week.
Here’s skin evolution from this point to a couple months ago. (17-18)

last pic was my lowest point 5 months ago, but it didn’t progressively get better over time, it was just sometimes bad sometimes okay.

I decided to stop entirely skincare a couple weeks ago, and it got slightly better but still « unhealthy hormonal » look.

and since i’m in holidays, I tried not washing my hair for ~2 weeks, so I got 0 drops of water on my entire head and face since.

my skin completely cleared up despite me sleeping extremely late, eating candy, drinking 1.5L of water a day, not changing bed sheets, touching my face all the time…

Habits are at their lowest and my skin has never been this clear in a year and a half.
(be aware i’m mostly talkings cheeks, I sometimes get lone spots near my hairline and did before)

So my conclusion is my water has too much limestone or other dirty things and I will get a shower filter and you guys should too!

On the 12 of april I took a pic with advantaging conditions (front cam + poor details + side and subtile lightning)
And you can clearly see spots on my cheeks still.
I might rage less due to hormone fluctuation but you know what
I'll stay like this for 2 months, then I'll wash my face again and we'll make a conclusion

i kept not putting water on my face and avoided skincare product and i didn’t get spots since.
About a week ago i shaved and i exfoliated before and i woke up with 3 spots on my mug
