Make sure you moisturise and your not drying your skin out.

Washing your face too often can actually cause the skin barrier to brake which leads to more acne.

Facial cleanser with a flannel is good. Make sure it’s the correct cleanser for your skin type (e.g. dry or oily)

It was a slow process, but what has helped my skin, be it acne or rashes, was daily moisturizing. I virtually have no pimples now.

If your face feels tight and dry after washing, it's definitely a sign that you need a good moisturizer. Don't use soap, use a gentle cleanser.

EU actually has top tier skin care brands than NA, so you'll find good products if you do a quick search.
