Acne keeps coming back

I’ve been on accutane 2 times and after my skin is perfect and my dream skin. But my acne keeps coming back and now my skin is bad again. On doxycycline right now but not really helping so about to go back on accutane. Just wondering if there’s any tips for my acne other than diet and I have a good skincare routine
