acne pill is brutal

i am 15 years old and i have horrid acne all over my face, i have been doing skincsre for like 2 years but nothing works for me bro. like i even did tretinoin .05% for a few months and that didnt do anything at all, i just switched to .1% tret, hopefully it works. but untill then doed anyone have any tips on how to improve my skin? (also i know this is holy hair but am getting a haircut this week, i am just too self concious to even step foot in public because of how brutal this is)

Accutane dosing is simple. As long as you go between 20 and 80mg per day, you'll be fine.

That's the hardest problem, when someone using also other shit that dehydrates skin that can make it worse, like, some vitamins can do that, pills or other things, testosterone for gymcelling
