Acne scars or scars in general

For the most part I fixed my acne got much more paler and it revealed tiny but visible scars.I've heard that accutane fixes acne scars but im not sure is there any other alternative ?

Cool but i need a prescription same as accutane isn't there any other alternative ?

It definitely prevented anymore damage, and it helped a little with the scars
