Whats the most effective way to get rid of acne scars the price doesnt matter to me

CO2 laser, microneedling with RF, TCA, subcision. Or topically retinoids and azaleic acid are great too.

Granted price doesn't matter, you should get some PRP added to your microneedling if you go ahead with it.

Retinoids. Not all of them are prescription-only. Paula's Choice have a decent line going from small conc. retinol + bakuchiol, to retinal + adapalene.

Azelaic acid is something people swear by. Granted the higher, prescription-only, conc. is the best, but the 5-10% is still brilliant.

no topicals will match procedures & microsurgeries in terms of results. just alot more expensive
