I have small dark acne scar spots and redness and wanted some suggestions to get rid of them. Open to anything

Tret, accutane, dut and bb cream to cover it

only treatment is resurfx laser

I tried all tretinoin, microneedling, all kinds of chemical peels; they're not very effective (borderline useless)
