First moisturizer

Then tretinoin

First 3 weeks only one time a week

Next 3 weeks 2 times

Then 3 times

This is how I prevented Purges.

But there are people who have a great diet but acne nonetheless and for severe acne only tretinoin helps

Cut out sugar and dairy. No junk food. It might just be your hormones acting up since you appear to be in adolescence.

i have litterally the same shit you do try not drinking milk for 2 weeks and see if still there then check other threads
