Only an pea size amount

First moisturizer

Then tretinoin

First 3 weeks only one time a week

Next 3 weeks 2 times

Then 3 times

This is how I prevented Purges.

You have to wear sunscreen every morning while on tret.

But there are people who have a great diet but acne nonetheless and for severe acne only tretinoin helps

Cut out sugar and dairy. No junk food. It might just be your hormones acting up since you appear to be in adolescence.
