Let me tell you the only ''skincare'' that works

Gut and liver healthmaxxing
The only skincare you should use is medical skincare (like tret, acc etcetc) and spf50
Accutane should be really your last step if nothing works.

Switch pillow cases frequently (every 2-3 days), wash your face with water (ONLY) a couple times per day, cut out all skin(goy)care, and eat decent food.

if your in puberty only thing that can resolve it is isotretinoin.
you can try low dose isotret (5-10mg EOD) with tretinoin.
