no. unless your 'diet' is trying to eat healthier instead of just straight up starving yourself then yes it will. but the main thing is just finding skincare products that actually help you and focusing on your gut health.

Diet definitely helps, not starving though, will just increase cortisol and possibly make acne worse

I would recommend just getting on accutane though

i might starve a bit to clean my gut from what ive eaten lately cuz before christmas my face was fine but when i started eating sweets cakes and drinking soda my shit got so fucked up and i think sugar is the main factor that triggers my skin to blow up and have lots of pimples
