I've had acne since the start of puberty mostly below my cheekbones around my nose and jaw since I was like 13, I am now 17. I eat animal based mostly meat eggs and dairy, no processed sugar, low carb and no PUFA seedoils or other goyslop yet i still get mild to moderate acne.

Despite eating VERY CLEAN and being VERY PERSISTENT my skin is getting worse, I've ruled this down to hormones, the more I max out my testosterone the more acne I seem to get.

Products that I've tried:
Ichthammol Ointment
Zinc Oxide
Niacinamide (currently using)
Beef tallow

My skin type is on then oily side, my skin health's quickly so I don't get much acne scars it's more so breakouts.

Any help to clear this plague upon my skin?

Just make ur body stop producing acne nigga do I have to spell this out?
 
Isotretinoin
"total testosterone and prolactin levels were significantly decreased in patients treated with isotretinoin," I'd rather not fuck up my hormones.

accutane, if u dont wanna use that then I recommend my skincare which is washing my face with water when I wake up, midday and before I sleep along with moisturiser and eye cream at night. facial scrubs/cleansers are cope

I eat meat based foods. Niancinamide should be combined with tret to get the most out of it. I use the tret from skinorac for my acne, you can try it with a good LRP moisturiser and a spf 50+.
 
Try megadosing vitamin b5

Supposed to work well.

if ur too scared of accutane use some sort of antibiotic (erythromycin or Doxycycline)
