I'm not a dermatologist and without a photo or without knowing you personally it's very hard to determine your issue, but it's either fungal acne (which resolves by you buy a ketoconazole shampoo and using it as a cleanser) or it's closed comedones. For the latter use a facial cleanser with salicylic acid or use a separate exfoliating acid (SA, glycolic acid, etc), use a retinoid (either get a prescription, it's not that expensive or hard to get, or use normal retinol) and use a light-weight moisturizer.

I used to struggle a lot with comedones, they weren't as bad as you described them, but I managed to fix them along with my textured skin and a few forehead wrinkles with this routine:

Morning: Ice my face, foaming cleanser (or in your case salicylic acid), niacinamide+zinc serum, moisturizer, sunscreen.
Night: Cleanser, retinol (or something stronger like Tretinoin if you can get prescription), moisturizer.

That's it. However needless to say that if you don't hydrate and eat like shit your skin is probably not going to be good because of that as well.

dude thanks, i have closed comedones, mine isnt that bad its js on my cheek and only about 3 on one side have popped up and 2 are coming on the other side so i should get salicylic acid and niacinamide?? I don't think retinol would be safe for me I'm 15. I'm focused on eating clean and homemade food i don't have a problem with cravings and all that. I drink 3L+ water everyday.

So,

Morning: Ice, cleanser, Salicylic acid, niacinamide, moisturizer, sunscreen
Night:cleanser, moisturizer??

btw what concentration should i use for niaccinamide, and salicylic acid

Salicylic acid and niacinamide will definitely help, I used to struggle with those stubborn bumps too. Personally, I don’t like using a separate SA serum, I just go for a cleanser with it, one less thing to buy. But either way, SA exfoliates your skin, while niacinamide reduces oil production, which in turn helps with acne and comedones.

It's great that you’re focusing on clean eating and hydration. One crucial rule, though: DO NOT pop your pimples. I’ve got a couple of acne marks from doing that, and trust me, they don’t go away unless you get laser treatment.

Also, I highly recommend retinol. I started using it at 16, and it made a massive difference, zero issues, been using it ever since. But if you’re not feeling it and you’re opting for a separate SA serum, here’s a routine:

Morning: Ice → Cleanser → Niacinamide → Moisturizer → Sunscreen
Night: Cleanser → Salicylic Acid → Moisturizer

Super basic, but effective and affordable (because half of skincare products are just marketing hype). Consistency is key.

That said, if you can get a retinoid, do it, it’ll fix your skin way faster. If you’re dead set against it, try incorporating beef liver into your diet (about ½ oz daily in a smoothie or straight up). It’s packed with vitamin A/retinol, which is essential for skin health. The issue is that your body prioritizes internal functions and other organs first, so your skin gets vitamin A last, which is why topical retinoids work better, instead of hoping our skin gets even a tiny bit of vitamin A we just put it on top of it and bypass the nutrition transport issue. But if you prefer a natural approach, liver ensures you’re not deficient and makes sure your skin gets as much vitamin A as it can. If you hadn't realized, vitamin A is the king of skincare, along with vitamin C and E, but our body actually supplies enough of both already through our diets to the skin (given that you're not deficient of course).

Either way, stick with it, and you’ll see results.

Guess what ding dong? Accutane is a retinoid, my advice is mostly.. to get a fucking retinoid. If a strong prescription option like Accutane or Tretinoin isn't an available, since that's prescription only, the second-best option is retinol.
