Idk what to do anymore, all this bp stuff has taken a huge toll on me and my mental health. Every time I open TikTok I see people so good looking that it makes me feel even uglier than I already am. And I believe the only way to feel better about myself is to look better.

… the girl I want has became so distant out of nowhere ( I think it’s bc of her period but idk ) and that’s making me feel more uglier.

… I just want to know what to do to make me look better. I am thinking on hopping on peptides like HGH. But I want to know a natural way before I fuck up my health.

You have a round face. People with your face shape naturally have a better fwhr, but when people with round faces are mid-high bf (you look to be around a mid bf%) and bloated, they suffer the most drastic looksmin as it makes your face look like a chubby circle. While others could go from lmtn-mmtn or so forth through a cut and a debloat, you could probably make it to htn. In other words, do not fret: you aren’t mtncapped! Also, you have pretty good appeal.

Sure. Definitely don’t cut yet, the negatives outweigh the benefits for you right now. To put it simply, bloating is caused by water retention, your body’s natural process which stores water in the cells when it thinks you are at risk of dehydration. Obviously, step one is to stay hydrated. Drink at least a gallon of water a day. Now that you have water in your body, step two is electrolyte balance. Electrolytes take that fluid and distribute it throughout the body to be used for various systems such as nerve function, muscle function, and of course, water retention. You will want as much of these electrolytes as you can get in. Your body has 5 electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride, and calcium. For the latter 3, simply get as much in as possible. Sodium and potassium however, are directly responsible for the body’s mechanism of pulling water in and out of the cells, so while you should still consume as much as possible of both micronutrients, you must consume them in a 2.5:1 ratio of potassium:sodium for optimal debloat. A lot of people, especially on TikTok, promote a ratio of 4:1, but that is way too much. Not only does it prevent you from getting enough sodium in for the day because you would need an absurd amount of potassium to cancel it out, but it also tips your sodium : potassium ratio over the edge and actually bloats you more. You may have also heard about sodium flushing. Technically this method works, but it isn’t sustainable. By depleting your body of sodium, you bloat a ton for a day or so (because the ratio gets shitty) and then your cells deflate. Great debloat, kind of like how bodybuilders dehydrate before stepping on stage, but not sustainable. Now that we have that out of the way, there are some extra things. Step three is diuretics. Anything that straight up flushes fluids out of the body instead of changing the balance of those fluids. Water is actually a diuretic, along with green tea, coffee, energy drinks, and some other miscellaneous drinks. Anything that makes you pee more is fair play. Step four is to reduce inflammation. Not technically related to bloating, as inflammation is sort of it’s own separate thing, but often it is what actually makes you look puffy. If you are inflamed, debloating would be like putting a band-aid over a massive gunshot hole in your stomach. Inflammation is, 90% of the time, caused by junk foods and processed sugars. Chemicals basically. Don’t fall for the anti-seed oil propaganda by the way. As long as they aren’t ultra-processed, seed oils dont cause any noticeable inflammation. In other words, eat healthy and you won’t be inflamed. Pretty simple. Thats about it for the debloat guide. I should mention though, debloating won’t mean much if you don’t work on your bone mass too. If your bones are flat your face will be soft no matter what. You are 14 though, so this is the perfect time to bonemax, or any pubertymax for that matter! I believe I responded to another one of your threads with a guide of mine. Thanks bro you’re the best. You’re the first person to really give me info and explain it but I heard sodium makes you bloated and people tell me to avoid it. And what should I do to puberty max?

No problem bro. Yeah the propaganda against sodium is kind of out of hand. Sodium draws water into cells while potassium draws water out, so people kind of think you should just avoid sodium and have a ton of potassium and call it a day, but if you do that, you just screw up your ratio. Your cells enter a dehydration state, and more water gets drawn into cells because of that anyway. Drink a lot of sodium, drink a lot of potassium, drink a ton of your other electrolytes, get a ton of in every micronutrient, and you will debloat more in a day than these TikTok looksmaxxers have in their life. A puberymax refers to any looksmax that, when done in puberty, can completely change your body, but won’t really do anything if you are out of that malleable developmental stage. Bonemaxxing, heightmaxxing, peptides/roids (do this later if you even consider it, you have plenty of time,) mewing. Basically, just lead a healthy lifestyle and you will turn out better than 90% of the world today, who throw their precious developmental period by staying inside and getting no sun, not getting adequate nutrients, not eating enough calories, etc. The list goes on!
