i've seen some science videos and on the internet that the jaw literally keeps growing until you are 30 or probably a little less,I even read that literally it mostly always keeps developing in your early 20's I'm not sure if its because testosterone seems to keep increasing specially in your early 20's so that's probably the cause of the jaw keep growing at that age but still if you search on the internet everyone says 18-21 which is just stupid,have you even see how people at 18-21 look like nowadays?
you still look like a kid at 18-21 most males look like actual men when they are probably more closer to 30 so I think it might be true or I'm probably just coping
