I’ve heard many good things about it, I’ve started having worse and worse skin problems, my skin was clear like water couple months ago but it started getting all with random scars waking up and seeing black spots on my cheeks etc

I got prescribed adapalene 0.1%, I’d recommend only adding a pea sized amount onto your fingers and rubbing it evenly everywhere, don’t use a large amount ever, and always use it once a day (I normally do this after a shower, but let the skin dry before applying). Personally, it doesn’t work that well, probably because I was abusing it before I researched more, which made my skin hella dry and started giving me dead skin on my face. But, I started taking it consistently again, so I can give you updates if you want.

Also I’d much prefer accutane than adapalene, it’s way more effective and shrinks your nose

bro go to derm. i had mild acne one time and went there and they gave me epiduo (adapalene and benzol peroxide). i then randomly called them asking for tret and they said yes and gave me prescription
