Neither are "natural", yet olive oil doesn't require refrigeration. How does it make more sense to eat butter?

Ok? And your point about it's animal fat, and we're animal fat, is total pseudoscience. That's not how diet works

Diet is manmade, and humans are opportunists, but some foods make you feel better throughout the day. Fruits mainly

Why would you want extra calories
To gain/maintain weight
Idk how people can seem to need less calories
Most people I see don't even eat that much

Tbh u could probably add to yoghurt too
