Started adderal recently and I will also be getting on cycle, im wondering what I can do to mitigate the side effects and not give myself a heart attack. I’m guessing lowering blood pressure so let me know what I should be taking or what your doing to mitigate sides if your in the same boat.

Nah it’s very hard for me to focus even in lectures and stuff I just space out all the time, I definitely have adhd and the addy has been helping a lot. I won’t lie I do have some bad doomscroll habits tho

You don't need anything for Adderall. Just don't take twenty mg of it.
Anybody telling you to use propranolol, etc., for it are naive.
The only reason you'd want to use a beta blocker in conjunction with amphetamines (specifically Adderall) is to mitigate the adrenergic signalling from the increase in norepinephrine release consequent to any amphetamine use (though especially L isomer).
