It depends on your height and weight tbh, I will usually pop around 25 mgs in the morning and throught the day I might take some more, once you find the right dose you'll wanna keep taking it every day even on weekends just because how fucking dialed you are, but definitely try around 35mgs first before goin like 50

If your clinically diagnosed for adhd get insurance to cover u for a longer lasting stimulant like Lisdexamfetamine, start with 50mg, adderal kicks in really fast but its effects only last a couple hours at best even with sufficient dosing

Im back rotting on here, just FYI I fucking love Adderall ever since I've started taking it i dont think ill ever stop, I take extended release wich last 24 hrs, oh my fuckkkking god I love Adderall it is the best thing that has happened to me since fuckin idk bp I guess lmfao, Def recommend taking this shit at high doses
