Then I moved onto royalroad.com and began reading originally english stories.

At some point you realise that you're just living out fantasies while moving nowhere IRL. Reading this shit will never make you fulfilled and the same shitty tropes are repeated again and again by the shitty amateur authors. It's pathetic.

I'm going back to school next week
I didn't read any fanfiction for 3 months, good life
then I came back to reading like 2-3million words a day
I've been asking my friends for advice
ultimately i've put off so many things to read, its almost as addictive as porn (even more, like for porn, you just need stamina, for reading, it just needs to be the same formula again and again

this has consumed my life
but i suppose i need to cope
since i was 4 years old, i've been a heavy daydreamer (maladaptive dreaming, used to be how i went to bed everyday, since i couldn't without it)
