Addicted to nicotine is it over?

I’m still going through puberty and I’ve heard a million things should vaping/nicotine.

Apparently it can reduce IGF-1 levels through the HPA with the release of cortisol and adrenaline. I’ve also had that it can reduce IGF-1 levels through impaired liver function. Then again it is an appetite suppressant and has helped me get lean.

What is your opinion?
