Also it’s weed I’m hooked to for some reason, alcohol I’m already off like 2 weeks, I’m the definition of a social drinker, only did it before clubbing or parties, there were some nights where you just poured one up for no reason with your friends, but that’s only because of uni freedom tbh

man alcohol boosts me socially at parties, literally have more fun.
I NEVER drink if im not going partying or like with foods, and I wont drink in every party (if its few people at the party Im not drinking, no point in that)

I smoked weed every day multiple times a day for around 9 years straight but I had to stop because it started making me paranoid. I don't enjoy smoking it anymore I don't know what happened. Every time I try to go back to it I can't wait for the "high" to be over. Sucks because I really liked weed too.

It really fucks with your appetite too. If you don't smoke you aren't hungry because of how it nerfs the production of the hormone ghrelin in your body.

Well not really. You have to smoke it for a long time & often for it to have an effect on your ghrelin. Not only that but you'll gain a ton of weight on it when you first start and it only takes like a week-two weeks for your body to really normalize itself when you quit.

Only do drugs and alcohol to cope with your problems… worst advice I’ve ever read lmfao. If you’re dealing with life problems you need to be sober and have a clear head so you can get those problems sorted out.

I’m not encouraging drug or alcohol use, but if you’re going to smoke or drink, do it socially to have fun with your buddies. Using drugs/alcohol is never “healthy” but using them socially is the “healthiest” way to do it. Thats what normal and well adjusted people do- occasionally drink with their friends and have a good time, not drink alone while rotting at home

I absolutely relate, I’ve had substance abuse problems since I was 11 or 12 years old. Drugs and alcohol are very common ways for people to cope with their problems however it’s still a maladaptive coping strategy and you shouldn’t be on here telling people to “only drink and do drugs when you need to cope with problems”

It's like hitting the jackpot in a casino, I spend 12 hours sifting through 13-year-olds spewing astrology nonsense before I finally stumble upon something valuable. That’s why some of my friends went from skinny to nearly obese, and when they quit, it was like overdosing on ozempic. They couldn’t eat to the point where they almost became anorexic.

To anyone reading this, never smoke weed, never do recreative drugs in general. I regret every single one but TRT, which is not even considered a drug because my body is supposed to produce it anyways.
