Instead of using synthol, use the fat from your abdomen liposuction
to inject into your lateral delt because there are not a lot veins there even when lean
Because the delt is made up of 7 neuromuscular segments
injecting the fat into the side delt (M1, P1) or the outer most part of delt for width, so it doesnt take away from aestethics
"The fat is injected both above the fascia in the subcutaneous fat as well as into the deltoid muscle below the fascia in small linear tracts of deposited fat. "
so you would theoretically need 100-150 cc per shoulder to achieve a 0.5-inch increase.
This would total 200-300 cc for both shoulders to add 1 inch to bidelt depending how jacked you are and your anatomy
but not all of the fat will survive, only about 50-70 prcnt , so you do another round to replenish the lost fat.
will this be obvious?
probably not, most of the bodybuilders that use synthol are on the mr. olympia stage
they use it for site enhancement , and you would not have that many complications using your own fat instead of synthol
this is just a theory

Technique for Deltoid Augmentation by Fat Injection - Explore Plastic Surgery
The treatment options for small shoulders or lack of adequate/desired deltoid muscle size has historically been the placement of implants. True deltoid implants as an off-the-shelf device does not exist due to lack of patient demand. But when a patient does request deltoid implants, they can be...
