Adding to surgerylist asap

Went into photoshop and moved my upper eyelid upwards, and moved the skin under the eye upwards to make it seem less droopy. The effect was insane, instantly went from ugly serial killer to decent looking boy.

Can the same be done with surgery or am i mistaken? Would rhinoplasty + eyelid surgery do the same thing, (make the eyes seem more alert)

He still looks kinda serial killer but that is an insane transformation.

But for real tho if i could get the same effect as in the photoshoped image that would be legit lifefuel for me.
Seriously, looking at the unphotoshoped version is just hard to me now
