There seems to be this age-old discussion of whether muscles make you more attractive or not.

With some fuckers pretending that muscles dont mean shit and others pretending roiding makes you chadlite instantly.

both positions are wrong.

The reality is this:

1) Unless your face meets a certain threshold of AT LEAST low htn, gymmaxxing wont make you more attractive. Gymmaxxing WILL complement good facial looks though and increase your masculine appeal.


2) Most people simply underestimate how jacked you have to be. In this day and age almost every normie lifts to some extent. If you really want to be considered muscular you must LIFT HEAVY.

If your muscles aren't visible without you taking your shirt off, they're basically useless in the aesthetic respect.
No woman is able to guess that you have abs when you have a shirt on.

Bottom line:

Yes, gymmaxxing MAKES you more attractive. But only if your face is good enough and you actually ARE VISIBLY JACKED. Biceps-curling with your weak-ass 8kg dumbbells wont do shit in terms of Looksmaxxing.
