Go to your family doctor and tell them you have severe anxiety and need to see a psychiatrist. When talking to the psychiatrist tell them you suspect you have ADHD and give specific, unique symptoms off the internet. Get a diagnosis and the doctor will prescribe you meds. To ensure it is Vyvanse, research other ADHD medications because each has specific risks, and if the doctor prescribes ritalin, concerta, etc tell the doctor that you are at higher risk of whatever risk that medication has and recommend Vyvanse. Even toss in that your psychiatrsit mentioned Vyvanse in your case because 99.9% chance that the doctor wont follow up with the psychiatrist.
