I recently had a meeting / appointment about upping my dose so that my tablets would last longer until 8 o clock. But the shit thing is that 54mg is the max dose for concerta with a license. If i wanted to go higher i would have to hop on elvanse and start on smth like 18mg which wont be good for the short term. So basically after concerta anything higher than 54mg is unlicensed
