How do i perma fix my adhd. im inattentive and normally have 0 dopamine while doing anything except high risk high reward endorphin releasing activities. this had left me to have non stop thoughts without the necessary energy within me to verbally speak on them all through out HS (in comparison to elementary/middle where I was more extroverted and social). none of that shit matters point being can I fix the side effects of adhd in a natural way? im tired of crashing on stimulants, i dont drink, sedatives feel like shit after 45 minutes and i've already faced legal consequences from the shit I resorted to doing for dopa/oxy/adre a few years ago. its a double edged sword, while it benefited me immensely by raising eq and iq, it has thereby left my hormonal regulation/output baseline lower than median (jerking/video games/tiktok/nicotine) have all made it substantially worse) but it's physically and mentally draining or outright impossible for me to quit all of them without constantly substituting one for the other just to feel "normal".

tbh i kinda have the same issue but i do just live with it and still manage to have fun. for me, one of the most rewarding things is progress in anything, unsurprisingly; it gives me a lot of joy and its giga lifefuel, even when i had a quite fucked period in my life.

lol your asking how to fix a brain defect, you can't, all you can do is cope and abuse certain things to cope with it

def feel that way when im geeked but the crash is just brutal.

nigger i've always wondered if i have ADHD, i have some symptoms. maybe it just autism idk

should i go to doctor to find out?`my parents always just told me no because they dont think it. im acutally also so addicted to tiktok i hate the app. ive uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times because i try to stop but cant.
also because it makes me insecure because of all the attractive men
