same. low productivity and bad focus is caused by retardation due to tiktok and youtube shorts.
try to set an alarm for 7 in the morning and get to work without checking your phone. i have app blockers and that helps a bit too

Not yet. They said I'm very likely adhd but haven't been officially diagnosed. I'm officially diagnosed with autism global developmental delay and significant learning difficulties, though that was from the age of 6.

it was amazing literally like the pill from the movie “Limitless”. Everything was effortless, my social anxiety disappeared, I was 0 inhib, could do my homework and study with ease, etc.

However I quit because I realized I was taking literal meth pills and it’s probably not natural or healthy in the long term to use meth everyday. I eat healthy and exercise everyday and it’s way better for me.

Withdrawal was brutal tho I was depressed for like 3-4 days since I had no dopamine meth pills. I also quit nicotine (vape) and weed.

Now I just need to quit caffeine and junk food so I can become all natural and maximize my health.

You can quit the drugs. I did it, adderall withdrawal only lasted like 1 week.

I took the week off work, then I sat in my apartment playing video games, ordering food, and watching movies until the withdrawals ended. It was pretty easy.
