Advanced maxilla vs average

I don’t get what the issue is regarding maxilla. I think mine is fine but people say it’s average and advise me to undergo lefort. A doctor said maxilla implants are available that can do the same job. But wouldn’t either option make me flat faced? Could u do me a morph of what an implant or lefort 1 would achieve

Does lefort or maxilla implant have and change to front view or is it just the side . Implant is 1500 euro more for maxilla not sure if it’s worth it

You need under eye support. So fat grafting or infra o. implants would be best case.
Its the upper part of your maxilla that looks recessed, for this you would need a lf3.
Lf1 only brings the part below your nose forward, no need for that.
It looks like you have maxillary protrusion (bit of a chimp face), so lf1 would be the worst to do.

it's worthless because yours is yes average, but, an implant won't produce organical impact as does natural forward growth.
So you'll just a slightly better side, but that's it.

if not gummy smile it won't make your midface shorter.
But it can gives you a slightly better nose tip, and uder eye support. The first you don't need, the second implants are better.

you have already fucked up your lower jaw with implants instead of choosing a bimax, and now you want to fuck up your upper jaw with implants too?
