minoxidil for the hair growth, ordinary lash serum isnt that bad, (rosemary oil is good for scalp health if you have type 3/4 hair but idk about eyelashes and eyebrows) for colored contacts i dont know what color would suit you tbh, since i dont know your full face.

My eyes are very green my shitty phone just makes them look like they're not so I'd rather not go with contacts. I considered starting minoxidil but since it has deadly effects on cats I can't use it topically and it's only attainable in my country by a prescription

yeah i understand minoxidl and pets it can be bad, best to stick to a lash serum and oils then (oils are not cope btw but make sure you know what to use, rosemary is good for hair growth but sometimes people use oils to inhibit dht so make sure it dosent affect hormones)
