I’m 24, married and our baby girl is due this August. I’m not the expert by any means but I did learn some things in my journey that I would like to share.
First of all, stop viewing women as magical creatures that need special treatment. You guys are forgetting that women are humans just like us. They eat, breathe, poop, tend to enjoy certain things just like us men. Just treat them like you would treat a bro and if they have a problem with it, move on. It’s been said multiple times that a woman decides wether you’re worth it or not at first sight. Don’t waste your time obsessing over one particular foid and always know that there are 4 billion other foids to choose from. Obviously, you have to know you’re place (PSL).
Second, if you want an LTR to succeed , you have to be 100% transparent. Both of you have to be 100% comfortable sharing everything with each other. If you’ve killed cats as a kid, have a controversial opinion or anything of the is nature, you’ve gotta share it or otherwise you’ll have to live in the shadows and it will ruin you in the long term. A perfect sentence to describe a perfect LTR is “If you both can fart in the presence of each other, then both of you have a bright future”.
Third, don’t do drugs. This includes even the lightweight stuff like caffeine, alcohol, weed, and nicotine. This shit ruins you and there’s no going back to baseline. If you do drugs, however, make sure it’s a dissociative (ketamine, pcp, dxm, memantine) or a psychedelic (lsd, psilocybin, dmt) because unlike other drugs, these do have a positive effect on your brain (reversing neurotoxicity - depression is also caused by neurotoxicity), especially if you’ve used other drugs that degenerated your brain, and this is backed up by studies.
Fourth, use fucking Tretinoin and a moisturizer. It pays off with time. It’s not that hard to stick to this routine.
Fifth, engage in physical activity of any sort. You will have more energy and willpower even if you just walk on the treadmill. Even if you spend most of your time at home, just 30 minutes of walking will make you feel better. Lifting weights is obviously better, but you can just walk if you don’t wanna lift weights. Exercise is nature’s meth.
